Praktanee, is an association of the ex-students of Cachar college. The primary aim of this association is to bring about better co-ordination between College administration and past students of the College and to facilitate their sincere attitude of helping the College in every sphere of its development. The association assists the college authorities to promote, foster and encourage educational, socio-cultural and games & sports particularly for betterment of the students of the college so that they can maintain high standards of honesty, courtesy and manliness by developing their character.
